Our next MusicTIP project involved using the audio file we made (remember my Beatles Montage) and creating a movie that used still images, transitions, and our audio to create a movie. We used iMovie for this project. IMovie is a free application for Apple users, but you can do the same with the video editor in Microsoft Photos. My video is over 7 minutes long so I got the added instruction of uploading to my YouTube channel and using the YouTube feature on Weebly to add it to my website. Click here to go to my movie! I decided to put it in my Portfolio page.

One of the styles of image editing we used, using a text or music file and adding graphic elements, is great for creating classroom resources and work for your kids. Below is my Roadmap to Reading Music using an Orff arrangement inspired by Demons by Imagine Dragons.
Hello! I'm here to share about the next project we complete in this week's MusicTIP training titled Digital Media. First, we learned about images. If you want to check out that blog, click here.
Next, we learned all about audio files and created a montage with voice recording and audio clips to create a montage. Mine is about the musical periods of the Beatles. Why? I like them and my rock band can usually play a lot of their songs. Below is the audio, but if you find my movie in my portfolio, you can see the whole project.
At the beginning of this week's annual MusicTIP training for my school district, we learned all about images. I won't go into details, but long story short, I can now create my own logos, including taking the background out of a picture! I can also create all kinds of image files. I know that this is useful for school, but I can' t help but admit that I am also excited to make my own HTV cut files for my Cricut. Below is my very first logo. I designed this for my after school rock band and we just might have to make shirts this year.
